is a relaxed and friendly place for a chat for those who are 60 years or over, and takes place on most Wednesdays from 10.30-11.30am in Church House.
Natter returns after summer on Wednesday 20th September – meeting at 6 Church Street (next to the church office)
It is always enjoyable to chat with friends or a relative, but sometimes circumstances change and opportunities for conversation become less frequent. Natter provides an opportunity for people to be able to relax in a friendly and welcoming place, having a chat in good company whilst enjoying a hot drink. People of any faith or none are invited to drop in for coffee.
We aim to address, in some small measure, a problem in society of loneliness or isolation, by presenting a warm, friendly and welcoming venue where people can just enjoy a good natter in good company, and where the team make it their responsibility to ensure that all who come are made welcome and put at ease.
